Thanks to all my blogging buddies for all of the birthday well-wishes for my daughter yesterday! You people make my day. Is there any wonder why I would rather hang out with you all day, than do stuff not nearly so pleasant?
I once knew a man who thought that mothers should be honered on the birthday of their children and recieve gifts. He was, of course, single and had no children. I don't think he is still among the living. Having given birth to 5 children I am apt to think this is a swell idea; but I love my kids too much to make it a tradition....It would really be a complicated thing to incorporate, wouldn't it? The comments wishing you well made me think of this as I chuckle at the confusion......
