Light, Love & Blogs

A couple of blogs I read recently are feeling the "change" that I am also feeling, in terms of a shift in energy. I learn something from all of your blogs, and I try to give back when I can. But sometimes a really good blog comes up that is especially good at lifting us up. You might want to visit Being Gemel, if you want a little spiritual lift. Beautiful blog, with lots of inspirational quotes and pictures. A love for animals. Nice things.

If any of you come across exceptionally positive blogs, I would love to know about them. Sometimes we need to focus on the positive to slog through personal stuff in our lives. It's important to draw positive energy to us, don't you think?

With that being said, I also enjoy all the other blogs out there that can be funny, sad, hopeful, irreverent, silly, and informative. That, to me, is the beauty of the blog world. And now that I'm back, I look forward to catching up...

P.S. - All those lovely spring pictures we have all been enjoying - this is what our neck of the woods looks like today. The little stream is full, though!

Oh dear, what a bummer! I must brag and say that we are supposed to hit the 30's this weekend! I think that's mid 80's F.

We should build our own blogs of note list!

:-)

Don't they always say that like begets like...or something like that. Always great to read positive things rather than the depressing.

Stop on by...I'm having a giveaway you might like to enter. I think the saying is easy peezy and definitely a positive!

As we swelter in the heat today, I am thinking of you in the snow! Amazing the differences in climate over here!! Yesterday we had cold in the morning, warming up to hot in the afternoon, but the birds were happy!

ooooh, sorry for the cold/snow etc! I must admit I miss snow... but still, I quite enjoyed the thermometer getting into the upper 20s today!!! (I guess that's upper 80s for you? I'm useless with farenheit!)

welcome home!

I began reading your blog after the Like Attracts Like post and am hooked. I, too, agree that we should focus on the positive in life.
There is so much to be negative about if you want to be and it spreads like wildfire. One negative comment/thought leads to a firestorm of crap.
That being said, if there are super positive bloggers, I would like to know. I believe--like attracts like--and I am focused on being positive in my life, opening up to the transitions and change that will follow.
Be well....

BRRRRRR those pictures make me cold :)

I definitely can relate the the change being experienced by many, I've written about it quite a few times now.

I wish I could consider my blog positive. I wish I could consider my blog deep and insightful but it is really just an online diary, I suppose. One day it will be nice to look back and see what I was feeling and experiencing, I think.

That's why I look to you for insight and optimism :)

I definitly aim for the positive and if anything negative seeps in it's in the form of trying to serve and bring a positive result to a situation.

I love your blog and the one you highlighted as well!

Glad I found your blog, love it:) Positive, optimistic energy is the only way for me:):) It is a beautiful day here in Florida. But I too feel the shift in energy, seems like hibernation mode for me.

Ahh, Tahoe! Thanks for these snow shots that seem like a special secret snow when, as you said, so many of us are enjoying buds and blossoms.

At my blog today I've posted a really positive (personal)story, along with the link to Postcard Friendship Friday where there's nothing but happyhappyhappy all week long, but especially on Fridays!

I started reading your blog when it was listed as "Blogs of Note". I look forward to reading it now, usually with my coffee. Thank you for writing a little piece of positive!

MY that's a stark contrast from the other pictures... but still gorgeous in it's own right. :)

Gotta confess, LOL, that I love the snow pics! We don't have snow in my region of Australia, I live coastally, you see - temperate zone.
I see it as more than being positive actually. I see it as being in touch with the true nature of our souls. It is beautiful to see, whatever name it goes by.
Love to you.xx♥

Positivity is contagious. I think that just deciding to look on the bright side can be uplifting, drawing that energy to us, as you say. I'm off to visit Gemel's blog now, thanks for sharing and have a nice weekend :)

Hi there. I'm rather new to the blogging world and quite young as well, so I take a lot of time to grasp your posts, but I like them all the same.

As for the cold, I'm from India and in my part of the world it is scorchingly hot so I rather enjoyed fantasising about an escape from this terrible heat with the aid of your pics.

Bye and Love,
sk

Spring in Alberta. Got some fresh, wet, heavy snow the other day after enjoying temps above 20C earlier in the week. Every day is an adventure here.

It's finally spring here in Michigan--we got our first severe thunderstorm warning this afternoon and the thunderstorm that went through was anything but severe--Praise God for that.

Positive, negative - life is all about all of it. What I love about blogging is that it encompasses all kinds of human experience. Personally I try not to focus on one type of blog. I like the variety!

And I salute you for pursuing the positive. There's room for everything here.

I love it that - in a certain way - you and I were on the same wavelength today. Does that make sense?

After all those words above, it remains to me, to express the proof that light consits of more than just one colour - reflected nicely by your and those blogs belonging to your commentators. Years since I last saw snow - thanks for reminding.

Hi, thanks for sharing the blog link. I agree with the shift and am also focusing on positive aspects of life. There are enough challenges in life without needing to look for more. Also like you, I enjoy posting about positiveness. Let me know what you think.
