The Creative

There are people that I visit daily in the blog world that stun me with their creativity. I am so entertained, while I actually learn something. And occasionally you find that same combination of skills elsewhere.

Have a very happy Labor Day - I hope you are not laboring.

Maira's blog at the NYT has delighted me many, many times. Thanks for sharing this; I had not seen it so I was delighted again. Thanks for pointing me to it.

I love her blog, but had not seen this entry, so thank you for pointing us to it.
Your image is very intriguing, like something that looks good but I would not like to eat it.
o, no Labor Day here in Spain. In Europe we celebrate May 1.

Maira's awe-inspiring blog. Makes me want to throw rocks at mine. lol. I am going to have a great day, if I can get The Husband out of this house. (He's being sooo darn slow.)

Yes. I've seen her work before either from a link in your blog or someone else's blog. Pretty amazing.

Happy Labor Day to you as well.

Well, that was a colorful history of the U.S.! I liked the bits about NYC's diversity best of all.

I forgot it was Labor Day . . . enjoy not laboring, Nancy.

Wow. Every time I read something posted from this author on your blog, I want to follow it. She's a writer for New York Time or just the site? I should probably read it myself, huh?

:)

Phoebe - (Too many misspellings in that last reply.) Anyway - you can find her in the New York Times as a regular. She posts one of these once a month. I really liked the one on Lincoln.

Love that little photo you have at top sidebar of the Lake. What memories of the clear water, the pines...
