WHERE AN EMPTY NEST MEANS ENDLESS OPPORTUNITIES!
Mmmm...looks wonderful.I've found that when there's always good bread in the house I have a bit more willpower than when it's only occasionally there.
Life is good! Great hobby for a husband. If I want to eat, I better be healthy and energetic.
sounds and looks yummy!! A gr8 hobby!! have a wonderful weekend!
Oh my, great hobby for your hubby - but better yours than mine for I would surely get too hippy!!
now that is a hobby i could fully support...lol.
A long and COMFORTING winter. How heavenly your home must be!
So...... when can I come over? Freshly baked bread is my achilles heel. I'll bring the beef bourguignon to go with the freshly baked bread. Oh, heavenly... :-)
I can almost smell it it looks so good.
My hubby got all enthused last year but we had disaster following disaster. We'll keep trying!
I was once told when we were going to sell a house to put a loaf of bread in the oven...it gets the buyers salivating and the place smelling of home. I couldn't agree more and what better thing to do over the winter than bake bread? Have your husband do it!! Looks delicious!
Hurt me! I'm on a gluten-free diet for health reasons. Those golden loaves are gorgeous. ;-]
Way to go, hubby!!!!Looks fantastic!!!!
Tell him since he has figured out the art of bread making, that he can now move on to beer brewing. Sort of the same process, with much more lucrative results!Good to be here again.EFH
We're always trying to bake bread at our house. Both hubby and I are competent cooks and bakers--but neither can manage to pull off a nice loaf of bread. Mine? Door stops. His? Taste too yeasty. We'll be coming over to your house! ;o) Just recently found you, btw. Lovely posts!
How is this a problem? One of the best smells EVER.
Everything's better with buh-ta!Nothing like the smell of fresh, warm bread! Yumm!
I wish i had a hubby who liked to bake!!! I think the smell of baking is one of the best fragrances lol. Yes, it's been a while (it's more difficult than i thought - sustaining this blogging thingy). thanks for leaving that lovely comment and i'm really sorry about your friend.
As it is mostly bread which I do share eating with my son in the morning, this was of interest to read, as I love only a few things more than bread.A wonderful, bread and life filled weekend for you.
What is the thing with men baking bread? My dad has taken it up as a hobby, also!
Homemade bread...butter...what's your address again? TGIF :)
OH YEAAAHHHHH! Yummy yum! Gotta love that Hub.xx♥
Love to have your problem!
Bread making is something amazing. I love it. It reminds me of those wonderful smells when the bread comes out of the oven. Oh, and those look delicious.

I wouldn't mind my house smelling of breadmaking... the picture made my mouth water.
This is a completely irresistible combination - beats chocolate hands down, in my book. Good luck....
Oh wow, I'm suddenly starving!
yeah thats MY husbands hobby too. And I'm on a low carb diet. Sheesh!
Yummy...wish my hubby would pick up that hobby!
My husband was into this for a few months too. The standup mixer still sits on the counter in our small kitchen, though he hasn't made bread in months.
Sounds like the perfect winter to me!
I can practically smell it from here.
Mouth watering . . . I think I'll put a bread maker on my Christmas list . . . :)
Oh my gosh! I would love some advice on baking bread! We can't afford a bread maker... I would be eating bread with every meal.Good luck!!!
