Mea Culpa, again.

I took my last post down on banking when someone suggested that I might want to research the producer of the video a little further. Well, I take that back. My husband also suggested that some of the points mentioned might be skewed in order to further an agenda. So down it goes. That's what I get for wandering into politics and economics. It won't stop me from distrusting the banks and large corporations, however.

the world is a screwy place sometimes.....easy to get sucked into it.
Not to worry.

It's good that you're unconscious when undergoing an operation in hospital. That way, you won't hear the surgeon say, "Ooops!"

Yeah, Brian's right. It happens to the best of us.

However, just because you're paranoid that doesn't mean they're not out to get you.

Hope tomorrow is much better, Nancy.

Have you met me?

I was thinking about doing a political post recently but thank god I came to my senses first...this time.

Aww shucks, I didn't have a chance to see it! I think it's ok to put up a questionable post, now and then. Remember there are no set rules for blogging! Cheers!

Missed it, bet it's out in the blogoshere lurking about somewhere.Politics and the banks, so intimately entwined.

I avoid political posts, although I have strong opinions, I figure I'll keep them to myself. There's enough wrong thinking out there to confuse anyone! Big virtual hug to you.

It's a big person who admits they may have made a blunder... how else are we to learn?

I didn't see the vid so I don't know what you posted. I think about veracity alot when I begin to write my opinions backed up by quotes. I like to source things although I wouldn't say I've thought much about videos. Mine are usually either from tv or just silly but it's another good point to remember.

Is there a SNOPES for youtube videos, I wonder?

Totally agree on banks and corporations!

Can't blame you one bit. That's the last area where I'd have the guts to wander. No worries.

Wall Street financiers and their Washington puppets, have done very serious damage to the country. I don't trust the president because instead of even attempting to make the necessary changes for the benefit of future generations, he's turned a blind eye to mortgage pimps and all the rest who should be prosecuted.

You were right to check into finance even if you got fooled by somebody's video. George Washington's Blog is one good spot for some safe reading. Theft really isn't that complicated but financial news stories often are.
