good grief! just seeing it all laid out there in one place was something! it's a wonder anything ever is finalized - and then, the whole thing of the dogs and the grandeur, and the everything.....great post!!!
Nancy, I love the way she designs and lays out her posts...so creative, and so captivating! Thanks for sharing this, Nancy! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving, my friend!!! All the best to you and yours!! Love you, Janine XO
Aahhh. I just love her, too. And I had missed this one, so thanks Nancy for bringing it to my attention. She is a gem, and her work not only makes me smile, but also makes me hopeful. I know I'll be talking to you before Thanksgiving, but you have me giving thanks right this minute.
I had never heard of Maira Kalman before. I read through her blog. Beautiful!
Did you watch Harry Reid's speech in the Senate this evening? What a wonderful speaker he is, and so eloquent. It was like watching history in the making.
nancy, thank you for sharing this today...it certainly explains at least some of the problems faced in trying to get anything done...she is brilliant at what she does and her piece on Jefferson is amazing...I plan to read every one!
and I will let you know about that machine, if ever I find one... xo
