New Age Skills

I've decided it's time to create some new skill sets. I think that as evolution continues on its path, we are in need of some new ways of navigating our world. Thus, I've decided to take a remote-viewing class. Yep, right up there with The Men Who Stare at Goats, I will learn to take a peek at targets in the future, in the past, or just where my car keys were mislaid. We know the military still uses remote viewing, and if it's good enough for the military, it's good enough for me.

It is a skill, nothing more.

I'll let you know how it goes.

What about you? Have any skills you would like to learn that are out of the norm?

I have taken Reiki courses and found them very interesting and I do try to apply its methods of healing, but I would love to take some classes to further my intuition abilities plus, I have always wondered about astral projection skills as well as seeing auras. Good luck with the class and let us know how it goes.

Yes Nancy, let us know how it goes.

I've taken an astral travelling class which is somewhat similar in that you can leave your body and go have a look at things but this was many years ago and I didn't feel too successful with it. I should try it again as the energy of the planet has changed so much in 20 years...as has my own energy!

Bear is thinking of taking up Tai Chi. I started learning that dring the pain management program I was in. So I'm looking for a club that will be good for me.

I'm a natural worrier so I make an effort to worry about things in order that they won't happen. The only problem I've found so far is that I can't imagine all the possibilities. This is something I must work on.

Living entirely in the moment. That is very out of the norm for me.

Not in the same category but I've learned to play an iPad app game taught to me by my grandson called dragonvale. I'm having way too much fun with it and him and can't quite believe myself. Not as lofty but your endeavor but making me a gamer at 66! Yours sounds fascinating so I look forward to your eval. Have fun.
