This is beautiful. I haven't watched or read the news because they are focusing only on the negative, and it brings me down. This is much more uplifting and better fits the scenarios I have imagined are happening.
It's the same Anne Thomas I'm referring to in my post. I will, in future, see Japanese people with completely different eyes. Such quiet dignity, such patience and neighbourly spirit are something we should all aim for.
