Laughter is the best medicine!

We took my brother and sister-in-law to see Craig Shoemaker at T's Comedy Club in Rancho Cordova, CA on Saturday night. It was our gift to my brother, who is turning 50 on November, 4th. What fun! We laughed for a solid 1.5 hours! If you have a chance to catch this funny, funny comedian, do so. You will not be sorry. His rendition of "The Love Master" will have you rolling. And what could be better during these rough times? Laughter is the best medicine!

Disclaimer: He's a bit racy!

  6. All those standup comedians tends to be a bit racy, but I have to agree that laughing can make your soul's sun come out.

  7. When you laugh hard (or cry hard) it empties all the lymph glands in your body, so it is literally healing as well as lots of fun. The laughing, not the crying.

    Glad you had a blast!

  13. Jerie - Yes! I showed up at his house, armed with my pans, knives, all the food. I quickly got started, cooked the dinner and then we were off to the Comedy Club. Ended up doing the dishes the next morning. But it turned out great. Leftovers were plentiful, and it was very inexpensive!
