    I've always been more of a pancake person when it comes to breakfast... but I must say I developed a taste for Liège waffles when I lived in Belgium, particularly the cinnamon ones! Yummmmm!!! Fresh baked cinnamon waffles on a wintery afternoon... oh boy, my stomach is growling now! And all I have for breakfast is a lame bowl of cereal! :s

    FREE is such a funny word. Sometimes when I hear it before anything really special like waffles, flowers,a car, a house...I just can't trust it. I want to but...it's so comical how it causes people to do things they wouldn't ordinarily do!

    Have you tried chicken and waffles? I know it sounds odd and it is massive, but lovely. How can you beat a waffle topped with fried chicken and gravy and accompanied by syrup on the side? For more decadence, add eggs and hash browns. It is a complete meal and few people finish it where I work. I think I prefer this salty, sweet smorgasboard of goodness to just strawberries. Although, I would eat a plain waffle with fruit.

    Last week end I had a couple of helpings of those Belgian Beauties! One half smothered with hot apples and cinnamon and the other half covered with a hot fresh bluberry topping! Drool! Me thinks I may need to re-visit that locale!

    Oh goodness, waffles are the most tasty breakfast food. You're putting my bowl of Captain Crunch to shame. I want a waffle!

    You know, I'm not crazy, but I might wait in line for a waffle for 3 hours. Especially one in a little yellow truck. :)

    Thanks you for sharing my post! God I am such a sucker, I literally JUST finished eating an entire turkey and pepper omelette but once I saw your picture of the waffle my stomach growled. This is not normal. Oh man waffles give me goosebumps. TO THE WAFFLE TRUCK!
